Obviously I’m passionate about skincare. I use Vida Glow every day and always carry a sachet in my handbag.

Although Vida Glow nourishes my skin completely from within, I’m still a fan of cleansers, moisturisers, day creams, night creams, lip balm, exfoliators, body care products and hand cream. It’s a habit, which I think my mother got me hooked on.

I remember going through her cupboards as a little girl and playing with her lotions and make up. There’s something very feminine about the process of getting ready in the morning, or before a night out, or even preparing your skin for sleep. It’s something I really enjoy.

My Vida Glow routine is one 3g scoop of the Loose Powder Vida Glow mid- morning, and one at 3ish. If I’m feeling particularly tired or over worked I up my intake to 3 a day and have a Blueberry or Peach sachet at 3pm for a hit of sweetness and collagen. In which case I have the other 3g scoop before bed. Generally, though I’m a 2 a day kinda girl, and my favourite Vida Glow is the Original.

I use the Loose Powder 270g, I like the premeasured 3g scoop and keep one at home and one in the office. I also have one serving of the Beauty Blend for breakfast daily.

So now that you know my Vida Glow routine, you’re probably wondering what skincare products (lotions and creams) I use.

These have been ever changing for me. Growing up my mother always used Clinique and supermarket body care and hair care brands so I used those too as a teenager and in my early twenties. As I became more educated as a consumer I really started to take notice of ingredients on the back of the packaging of my shampoos, conditioners and skincare products. It was quite shocking what I saw, and this influenced me to move towards more natural and organic products.

I’ve been using brands like Sukin and Kora for some time, and at the start of 2016 I began researching other organic and all natural brands, to change things up a bit, and really find the products that were right for me. I’m blessed with great skin thanks to Vida Glow marine collagen, so this was just out of curiosity to get back into a proper skincare routine and nourish my skin from the outside as well as from within.

This was when I came across Mukti Organics Mukti Organics is an Australian eco-luxe certified organic skincare brand. The ingredients have been meticulously researched and selected to create products rich in bioactive native Australian extracts, scientifically formulated to deliver results.

Their chemical-free, natural beauty products are created in-house, and are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the best quality for their customers.

Needless to say, after 2 months of using Mukti Organics daily, I am officially a convert and will be extending my use to hair care and body care as well. Review to follow.

My current favourites are the Balancing Foaming Cleanser, Balancing Moisturiser and the 2-in-1 Resurfacing Exfoliant. These smell delicious, feel amazing on the skin and really soak in to deliver results. All without nasties or chemicals!

Now these may not be the right product for you, as we all have different skin types. Yep you guessed it, mine is Oily/Combination skin! My recommendation is that you do some research on their website and find out which products are right for you. If you have any questions you can always ask their friendly and informative customer service team.

I’m honestly so happy with these products and am pleased to have discovered them. I haven’t been asked to write this blog review, and Vida Glow does collaborate with Mukti Organics only because I reached out to them as a true lover and very happy customer of their fantastic products.

Best of all, they ship Australia wide! So check them out here.

Any questions please email me on anna@vidaglow.co

Love,

Anna xx
