Indulge in these dreamy recipes using Beauty Sleep for the perfect bedtime treat.

Almond Milk Chai Latte

A delicious mix of sweet flavours full of magnesium for a restful night

Ingredients

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Sleep

1 x cup of almond milk

Method

Place the milk and Beauty Sleep into a saucer on a hot stove and stir slowly with a wooden spoon until powder has dissolved.

When mixture begins to steam, remove from stove and pour into a cup.

 

 

 

 

Vanilla Chai Oatmeal

The perfect blend of spices and warmth for a deep night’s sleep

Ingredients

1 Scoop of Vida Glow Beauty Sleep

1 x cup of rolled oats

½ cup of almond milk (add more if required)

1 x Tbsp of maple syrup

1 x Half a handful of pistachios

1 x Half a handful of almonds

1 x Half a handful of blackberries

Method

Place oats and milk into a sauce pan over a hot stove and stir to combine. After 2 minutes, add a scoop of Beauty Sleep. Cook for a further 1 minute for a creamy consistency and remove from heat (add more milk if texture goes sticky).

Place mixture into a serving bowl

Top with maple syrup, almonds, blackberries and pistachios.

Simply Beauty Sleep

Blended just with filtered water for the perfect bedtime companion

Ingredients

1 x Scoop of Vida Glow Beauty Sleep

1 x Cup of filtered water

Method

Add Beauty Sleep into a cup of water and mix until combined.

 

 

 

 

 

Banana Nice Cream with Coconut Cream

Rich in potassium to help relax our muscles, these are a must for a bedtime snack.

Ingredients

1 x scoop of Vida Glow Beauty Sleep

2 1/2 x Frozen bananas chopped

3 x Tbsp coconut milk

Note: You will need a blender for this recipe

Method

Place the frozen banana and Beauty Sleep into a blender. Add a tablespoon of coconut milk and blend. Keep repeating this with all coconut milk until you get a soft ice cream consistency (add more milk if required).

Scoop out and place into desired serving dish.

 

 

Sleep Smoothie

A delicious bedtime smoothie with almonds and banana help to relax our bodies

Ingredients

1 x Scoop Vida Glow Beauty Sleep

1 x ½ cups Almond Milk

1 x Banana

Crushed almonds to decorate

Method

Add all ingredients except almonds in a blender and mix for 15 seconds.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle almonds over the top
